Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if less than 20% of the course content has been consumed. For clarity, “consumed” may include viewing lessons, downloading materials, or otherwise accessing content. We may decline refund requests that do not meet these criteria.

Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in immediate suspension of access until the dispute is resolved.

4. License to Content

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the content for your own learning. This license does not allow you to resell, redistribute, publicly perform, publicly display, or create derivative works from the content except as explicitly permitted by us in writing.

All rights not expressly granted are reserved. Any unauthorized use may result in termination of your access and may subject you to legal liability.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service or assist anyone else in doing so. Prohibited actions include:

attempting to disrupt, degrade, or overload the platform; probing or scanning for vulnerabilities; bypassing access controls; scraping content at scale; sharing account access; uploading malicious code; or using the service in a way that violates applicable laws.

We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate your access without notice where appropriate.
